A: In general, we'll reply to customers' questions within 1 working day.
Q： Do we have a quality system such as ISO9001 or an equivalent quality system?
A： Our factory passed IATF 16949 Quality Control System, which is with a higher standard than ISO9001.
Q: Do we have any test data on our hoses?
A: Yes, normally we'll make finished products function tests, like, burst test, vacuum test, aging resistance test, ozone test, etc. For more tests, we can provide according to customers' needs.
Q： Would our products meet the SAE J20?
A： All of our silicone hoses meet or exceed the SAEJ20 standard.
Q: How long does it take to produce a batch of goods?
It depends on the quantity per order, product shape, the complexity of the mold, and the factory schedule. Generally, the exact lead time will be informed within 2 days.
Q： What colors can we make for hoses?
A: The regular colors are black, red, and blue. For other customized colors, please send a Pantone code, the customized colors are available.
Q： Do we have the ability to do branded hose?
A： Yes, we have the ability to do branded hose for you. We have been producing for well-known brand manufacturers in Europe and the United States. Generally, we will provide a picture of the Logo or the first piece for your confirmation before mass production.
Q： What’s the MOQ usually for an order?
A: Normally, the MOQ of our universal silicone hose is 5 PCS. The MOQ of custom silicone hoses is 1 PC.
Q： What are the shipment options? Sea or air?
A:Usually the mode of transport is arranged according to the customer's instructions. We can also provide the freight of our cooperation for you to compare and choose.
Q： What's our payment term?
A： Normally our payment terms are 100% T/T after confirming the order before shipment.
