SPECIFICATION:
The hydrogen energy silicone hoses produced by us fully meet the following requirements after many tests:
The inner wall is made of food-gradesilicone that meets FDA or FKM requirements to ensure the cleanliness of hydrogen peroxide and peroxide;
The outer cover is a flame-retardant silicone material;
No peculiar smell, no impurities; high-temperature resistance, low-temperature resistance,aging resistance, ozone resistance, and other properties; good sealing performance, no leakage at all;
Working temperature: -50°C - 250°C;
Length tolerance: meet the requirements of GB/T9575;
Expansion resistance: <10%;
Suction resistance: 0.03mpa;
Adhesive strength: 1400N/M;
Burst pressure: in line with the relevant requirements of the standard "SAE J20 Cooling System Hose";

The air tightness requirements are met: under 3bar positive pressure test, test for 3 minutes, no bubbles will be generated in water;
Cleanliness: There is no frost, oil, powder, carbon black, etc. on the inner and outer surfaces of the hose; bubbles, cracks, local unevenness, and other defects are not allowed in the hose; the hose is completely vulcanized, and there is no sulfide residue inside.
