1. Australia is committed to becoming the world’s leading hydrogen exporter by allocating US $1.35 billion to subsidize green hydrogen

The Australian Department of Finance said in the budget overview document that the government will invest 2 billion Australian dollars into the Hydrogen Headstart project to accelerate the development of large-scale renewable hydrogen projects. The Federal Treasury expects to spend A $2 billion on subsidies for each kilogram of hydrogen produced, supporting the development of shared industrial infrastructure in the most promising locations, among other things.

2.The hydrogen energy truck fleet of DHL Express in China has been put into operation

On May 8, DHL Express China’s hydrogen-powered truck fleet was officially put into operation. The hydrogen-powered heavy-duty truck is a hydrogen fuel cell van provided by Shanghai Hydrofeng Energy Technology Co., LTD., a subsidiary of Shanghai Hydrofeng Energy Technology Co., LTD., with a nominal load of 6.8 tons and a driving range of 350 kilometers under comprehensive conditions. The overall fleet consists of eight hydrogen energy trucks, which will have a total monthly operating mileage of more than 20,000 kilometers after operation and is expected to reduce carbon emissions by more than 170 tons per year.
