1 , Mould Making: Make molds (stainless steel/aluminum) according to the 3D drawings and customer requirements.
2, Mixing: Add pigment and vulcanizing agent to the raw silicone material, and mix it into the silicone raw material of hose of the desired color;
3.Calendaring: Use a calender to press the cloth (PER:knited polyester/PW:woven polyster) on the mixed raw material, and at the same time add a layer of PE film to facilitate storage and use;
4, Tailoring: according to the length of the hose required by the customer, cut into a uniform size for later use;
5, Producing: Universal silicone hose, custom 3D hose, steel wire hose, the specific production methods may be different in various companies.
6, Baking: oven baking and shaping (set the temperature of the hose to be baked according to the vulcanization temperature);
7, Demolding: put the baked hoses into the water to cool, use the detergent water to lubricate and demould;
8, Marking: Determine the position where the product needs to be cut;
9 ,Cutting: according to the drawn mark, cut off the excess part on the cutting machine;
10, Printing: Printing LOGO according to the customer’s needs;
11, Finished products checking: Check whether the products are qualified;
